The chocolate panettone is the result of a slow process that allows the mother yeast, through a low-temperature fermentation and a leavening of more than 36 hours, to reach its natural development giving the dough homogeneity and harmonious exaltation of flavors. The Chocolate Panettone is a timeless classic with the strong flavor of fine 46% dark equatorial chocolate and Normandy butter that make it soft and tasty.
Type “0” flour, sugar, Normandy butter, “Taverna Estia” natural sourdough starter, egg yolk, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruit, acacia honey, Equatorial Dark Chocolate 46%, barley malt.

NB: All Francesco Sposito’s Panettoni are entirely handcrafted and are packaged fresh. To bring out the best flavour, it is recommended to let the leaven rest for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
