I was born between the fire of the earth and the salt of the sea.
On one side, the volcano, which pushes, transforms, and makes fertile.
On the other, the cliffs, which the water shapes and preserves.

In the kitchen, it’s exactly the same.
There is the living fire, the embers, the smoking. And there is the salt,
the energy, the raw ingredient that arrives fresh and must be treated with respect.

This is my story, my way of uniting these two worlds.
Not a choice between land and sea, but the awareness that one
cannot exist without the other.

It is my path, made of contrasts, instinct, and research.
And it is the road I will continue to follow:
“cammenann’, cammenann’…”
