We designed this gift box as a simple and practical way to share a small part of the authentic flavors of our land, to enjoy them as we do, according to our ideas.

That’s why the EVO oil in our box is cold-pressed mechanically from Itrane olives from the upper Caserta area, for a superior quality oil.

The red cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius are preserved in their own sauce with the addition of basil.

The papaccella pepper – a Slow Food Presidium – is preserved in EVO oil, salt, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper.

Each gift box contains:

Itrana monocultivar extra virgin olive oil (1 x 250 ml)
Vesuvius red cherry tomatoes in their sauce (2 x 325 g)
Papaccella peppers – Slow Food Presidium (1 x 230 g)

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil: superior quality EVO oil obtained by cold mechanical pressing of Itrana monocultivar olives from the upper Caserta area, selected by Chef Francesco Sposito.

Vesuvio red cherry tomatoes: cherry tomatoes, tomato juice, basil.

Sweet and sour Neapolitan papaccella peppers: Neapolitan papaccella peppers, EVO oil, salt, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper.
